Fitness brand Sentinel is hosting an evening yoga program aimed at awakening the senses, it announced Friday.
Titled “Awaken Six Senses,” the program features activities like “Chocolate Meditation” and “Mirror Game” that stimulate the senses and the subconscious.
“The program features both peaceful meditation and dynamic yoga positions that will allow participants to sweat and work together, communicating and receiving energy from each other. It is a community party,” said Lachlan Winner, Sentinel’s CEO.
The program will take place at Sentinel’s IFC branch, located in Jung-gu, Seoul on April 16 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
This is the ninth edition of Sentinel’s “Midnight Flow Program,” an evening yoga series that focuses on different themes each session. “We hope to create a new fitness community culture through these programs,” said Winner.
