Daelim Industrial Co. officials said it would open sales in August of its e-Pyeonhansesang apartments in Yangju, a new city in northern Gyeonggi Province.
A total of 761 homes in its eight apartment buildings in Okjeong-dong, Yangju, will be available. E-Pyeonhansesang (comfort world) is the builder’s apartment brand well known to domestic consumers.
Yangju is one of the largest new cities in Gyeonggi Province and is expected to be an alternative residential place for several areas in northern Seoul. Yangju expects to bring in 160,000 residents and 58,000 households.

These are the first e-Pyeonhansesang apartments that Daelim has built in Yangju. There are plans for central commercial facilities and a middle school near the apartments.
Additionally, there are plans to construct several eco-friendly organizations nearby, such as neighborhood parks and lake parks.
The e-Pyeonhansesang apartments in Yangju are a 10-minute drive to the Uijeongbu Interchange through the substitute detour for National Route 3, and residents will be able to reach Seoul in 30 minutes once the Seoul-Pocheon highway is completed in 2017.
Daelim plans to open promotional galleries for the apartments in Yangju and Uijeongbu, as well as provide a site tour and one-on-one counseling services. People will be able to move into the apartments starting from the second half of 2017.
