Hotel Grand Ambassador Seoul’s international dining restaurant Cafe de Chef is hosting the “American Prime Beef Promotion,” featuring various juicy parts of top-quality American beef. For the Business Set, diners can choose between wine-infused, slow-cooked beef and a beef stew; for the Premium Set, they can choose a marinated thick skirt steak, a thin skirt steak with herb butter sauce, or a sirloin steak with pepper cream sauce. The sets are priced at 46,000 won and 66,000 won, respectively. A five-course lunch menu is also available for 88,000 won, and features a main dish of beef tenderloin steak with horseradish sauce, ribeye steak or sirloin steak. Poolside barbecue at Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul
The Oasis Restaurant located next to Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul’s outdoor swimming pool opened its poolside summer barbecue buffet on May 15. The barbecue offers beef sirloin, skirt steak, pork belly, lamb, jumbo shrimp, clam and scallop roasted at the spot on a grill. Mediterranean appetizers, salads, sandwiches and soup, along with Korean hot dishes, fruit and dessert, will also be available. Diners can enjoy the dinner buffet on Mondays to Saturdays from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and the lunch buffet on Sundays and holidays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. After June 7, however, only the dinner buffet will be available.
