2PM to return with new album

K-pop boy band 2PM will release its fifth full-length album next month, the group’s management agency said Friday.

According to JYP Entertainment, 2PM will release the album on June 1 and hold concerts at Seoul Olympic Park’s Gymnastics Stadium on June 27-28.

Part of the tracks were written and composed by group members, the agency said.

2PM made its debut in September 2008 with “10 out of 10,” the hit song from its first single album “Hottest Time of Day.” It has since gained attention in the music industry with popular songs such as “Again & Again,” “Heartbeat” and “Hands Up,” as well as appearances by members in TV dramas and films.
