TESLA CEO Elon Musk’s Event To Draw One Day Of 2024 U.S. Presidential Election Registered Voters To Give $1 Million Prize Every Day Is OK To Continue Until Presidential Election Day

In other words, the claim that the event was a “money election act” to help former President Donald Trump, the Republican presidential candidate, was rejected.

According to the Associated Press on the 4th (local time), Judge Angelo Foglietta of the Pennsylvania District Court said Musk’s $1 million lottery event could last until the 5th, the day of the U.S. presidential election. However, Judge Foglietta did not disclose the reason for the ruling.

Musk’s side is said to have claimed in court that the $1 million winner was not selected by random lottery. It is said that “America Pack,” a political fundraising organization created by Musk, conducted a preliminary review to determine the characteristics of lottery winners and see if they had values consistent with the group. This means that it was not a random distribution of “potential rights to receive $1 million” to win Trump’s support vote, but a normal act of encouraging voting based on the value of America Pack. However, controversy over the event is expected to continue despite Musk’s claims and court rulings. This is because Musk has already declared his public support for Trump. It is also significant that the event is limited to voters in the seven major contenders for the presidential election, who are showing a super-close race. On the surface, the purpose of the event is to give prize money to registered voters who signed a petition to support “guarantee freedom of expression and gun rights,” which is a conservative agenda, but in reality, it can be interpreted that he aimed for “registered voters in seven contenders with Trump’s support.”

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krazner, who filed the indictment, criticized the $1 million lottery event in court as nothing more than a fraud designed to influence the election.
