‘The R&B master’ ㅡMoon Myung-jin and rising star Son Seung Yeon, both from the popular TV show ‘Immortal Song,’ will perform live together in the upcoming “Healing Concert” for Korean Americans at Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, CA on Saturday, February 28 (8pm) and Sunday, March 1 (5pm).
Moon, a veteran R&B and soul singer whose music career spans more than 14 years since 2001, never received much attention until he appeared in “Immortal Song,” which is a popular singing competition TV show, in 2013. He became popular after he sang his version of the legendary folk duo Haebaragi’s “It’s Not Only Sorrow” and won the show’s 100th episode (The Deulgukhwa Special) and Sulwondo Special. Son is the final winner of 2012 cable audition show “Voice of Korea.” She’s been garnering much attention and popularity for her powerful voice and singing talent. She joined “Immortal Song” in 2014 and quickly became the queen of the show after a series of winning with her exploding vocal power.
