Jimin and Jungkook of the group BTS will join the army together on the 12th. As a result, all seven members of the BTS will fulfill their military service obligations.

Jimin and Jungkook will enter an army division boot camp and begin their military service.

Their scheduled discharge date is June 2025, and BTS is scheduled to resume team activities afterwards.

Starting with the eldest brother Jin in December last year, BTS started military service with J-Hope in April this year and RM and V the day before. Suga has been working as a social service worker since September.

Jin, who joined the army first, has already been enlisted for a year, and recently reported that he was promoted to sergeant.

Jimin said on Weverse Live the previous day, “I think I’ll be very dependent on joining the army with Jungkook,” adding, “I’ll do a great job.”

Jungkook also said on Weverse Live on the 8th, “It’s been a really busy life. Thanks to you, I’m going to do happy activities,” adding, “I think the military is a place that men should go and come back.”

BTS has prepared various contents for “ARMY” (BTS fandom) during the military hiatus.

Jungkook said, “We have so much prepared, so you can look forward to it.”
