American Idol’s Heejun Han joins “Danny from LA” as co-host for season 2

Mnet America announced on September 23rd that American Idol Season 11 alumni, Heejun Han, will be co-hosting their flagship talk show, “Danny from LA” alongside former Korean hip-hop superstar of 1TYM, Danny Im. Han is currently making headlines as he rakes in over a million hits on YouTube with his new single, “Bring the Love Back” featuring Pusha T. After filming live from KCON 2013 on August 24th, the second season of “Danny from LA” began airing regular weekly episodes on Thursdays from its Culver City studio starting September 26th at 4pm.

He’s got great musical talent as America knows, and is sure to keep audiences laughing and entertained with his light-hearted personality,” said Mnet America President and CEO, Ted Kim. “Viewers will be in for a treat with both Danny and Heejun this season.”

 

“Danny from LA” is a weekly pop culture talk show that is hosted by Danny Im. Danny and Heejun will speak with special guests, including artists, actors, sports stars and other top personalities from the U.S. and Asia. They discuss behind-the-scenes info, what’s happening in popular media and other topics from the off-beat to fascinating. For the second season of “Danny from LA”, Mnet America teamed up with Sp8, Inc. to produce the show and will continue to air on Thursdays on Mnet America’s television network, their website and their YouTube channel.
