CGV Cinemas is holding special events during the month of June to celebrate its 5th year anniversary starting from Thursday, June 11.
The main events are a chance to win an Apple Watch, 50% off on movies and snack bar and when viewers collect 2 stamps whenever watching a movie at CGV Cinemas, they will get a free box of Het Bahn (Instant Rice). CGV is also preparing a promotion of lottery seats and a birthday gift to all CGV members with a birthday in June. Free tote bags will also be given to people who visit CGV Cinemas. “The 5th year anniversary of CGV is for all our audiences who chooses CGV Cinemas as their local movie theater and we’re very thankful for our members,” said a CGV Cinemas official.
CGV Cinemas made headlines as the go-to movie theater in California since June 2010. They recorded the highest scales in Los Angeles and Orange County by screening not only Hollywood films, but also Korean films. Hit movies such as “Ode to My Father”, “The Admiral: Roaring Currents”, “Prince Gwanghae” and “Interstellar” have been screened at CGV Cinemas and made a huge success.
