Federal Court dismisses lawyer's bid to overturn insider trading ruling

PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court here on Tuesday (April 8) upheld the ruling which found lawyer Datuk Sreesanthan Eliathamby liable for insider trading of Worldwide Holdings Berhad shares in 2006 and ordered him to pay RM2.99mil, including a RM1mil civil penalty. Read full story
