MAKKAH: The ‘No Hajj Without a Permit’ campaign has been launched for this year’s hajj season to ensure the safety and comfort of pilgrims, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported, quoting the President of Religious Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais.
