Making knives is a job that needs people to be both calm and angry. Angry to do the hard work of working with iron when a fire is very hot and calm to be able to make a knife very carefully. People in Phúc Sen Village in the northern province of Cao Bằng have been making knives for a long, long time. There are around two hundred households who make a living out of it.
